In preparation for a hurricane, we found out that we did not have enough shutters for all of our windows. Also, the shutters were poorly cut, and so they did not fit properly. The map provided to tell us which shutters went on which windows was also incorrect. When we moved out., they charged us to replace part of the carpet. They told us it was "worn out." When we pushed back, they told us it had a bleach stain. We had no way of fighting because they do not allow tenants to observe post-lease inspections. The only reason to do that is to make it easier to charge people for damages that do not exist. Stay away!
