I have lived here over 2 years. The staff does a good job. And since there is a waiting list to move here, that says a lot! But keep in mind it is an apartment. So don't expect perfection. I have never had a bad experience with the staff, if I need maintenance they are right on it. The office is pleasant. It's up us residents to keep a positive attitude to make it our home.

This community was centrally located and nicely landscaped. However, I felt that the apartments were kind of too close together and there were not a lot of covered parking areas.

The green belt in back of the buildings was very appealing and should be mentioned by the leasing agent. Also, the car wash area was a big plus and should be mentioned, as well.

The agent I met needs to improve more on how to attend to visitors, especially when there is no apartment to show. They should be able to take customers around and impress on the amenities the community has.

The community was a well maintained property in an excellent location. It was appealing with all the expected amenities. The community was quiet and gated. The staff was friendly, attentive and appeared eager to assist.

This community is very clean and peaceful. It is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, schools and lots of places of interests. It has a pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center and even a car wash for the residents. What can be better than that. And I have never seen a pantry the size of these. It is more than I could ever hope for the money. I would recommend to anyone on a budget who is looking for quality.

I was impressed with the community, as it was a good value for the quality of life offered. The location was very desirable. The property was quiet and well maintained, with amenities that would be important to my personal lifestyle.
