This rental community was appealing. The grounds and buildings were well maintained and had all the amenities one would want including a 9 hole putting green, swimming pool, fitness center and barbecue grills around the property. The renal community was located near shopping areas as well.

Although I did not receive the full view of the community, I was pleased with the amount of information and my observations that were obtained in a short time frame. If the leasing agent was actually sincere, and the remaining staff members were as well, then I believe that they represented management well. I could see moving into this community with my family.

The leasing professional was extremely knowledgeable. She was thorough. She was also, patient, cordial, and very personable. She made me feel comfortable, unlike my perception of her telephone demeanor. My leasing situation mattered to her during the on-site visit. My on-site visit was wonderful. I was excited about all that I witnessed. The leasing professional demonstrated the property well.

The apartment is terrific and worth every penny! So far this place is great! Quiet area with shopping centers near by and awesome place for the kids! Such a blessing to have found this place!
