Great place to call Home!!!
Have lived here for almost 2 years and just love it. Neighbors are friendly as is staff. Maintenance issues ( few and far between) are addressed quickly and efficiently. Very quiet neighborhood, no loud parties nor nearby traffic noises. Only one downside....the pool furniture is very old and hazardous. Would look great if we had new furniture. Great place for a young family to start out. You'll love it here.

The community was very nice and kept very clean, and I enjoyed the tour of the apartment. The only issue in the apartment that should be checked, before taking potential residents on a tour, would be the condition and cleanliness of the appliances. There was an absolutely horrible odor when the leasing consultant opened the refrigerator to show me the ice maker. It almost made me want to run quickly out of the apartment.

The tour I received was general and brief. I did not get to see all of the amenities very well or get an idea of the community. There was a hole in the wall at the gym and I noticed that the agent did not write down or note a maintenance need expressed by a resident. The apartment interior was appealing.

The leasing professional told us that this was a very good area. She said it was close to shopping and entertainment in the area. I liked her very much. She was very professional.

The only negative thought that I have relating to this visit was the fact that I was not greeted or acknowledged in any way by the two other employees who I came in contact with. The leasing agent, however, was very friendly, enthusiastic and courteous. She apologized that I had to wait to see her.
