The community sits back off the road, but was in a very convenient location. The leasing professional was professional, yet was friendly and approachable.

This was a low income community where with income requirements. I was not able to see an apartment, but they looked reasonable based on the community. The amenities were fine. I did not like the road/alley - very long one - that led to the community; it was slow and had too many speed bumps.

That community was not a community that I desired to make my apartment home. Furthermore the drive from the main road back to the community Apartments was extremely long.

The property was about what I would expect for the type of low income apartments they were renting and for the age of the community. The amenities were adequate. Even the rent was high in my opinion for what I saw.

I liked the location as it was clean and well maintained except for the business center which was littered with trash on the floor. The leasing agent was terrible in her presentation and did not show any enthusiasm in me renting there. She did not stand up to greet me and did not even go with me to look at the grounds but told me that I could go and look if I wanted. I was not impressed with this agent at all.

The community seemed cheap and a little rundown. It appeared the staff were making efforts and taking pride in their jobs. Relative to the price, the quality and the rent was definitely on the low side.
