I spent over a year researching apartment complexes in Brevard County and finally made a decision to sign a lease and move in here. It is absolutely the best! The floor plan offers a lot of privacy to both the resident and the guest with a beautiful, large Master Suite apart from the rest of the apartment. Even the Guest Suite is private and removed somewhat from view of the living area. I absolutely love the peacefulness here. Solid block construction helps with the noise issues from one apartment to another and this place is tops in that department. The amenities are many and Management does an awesome job of keeping everything in order for everyone. Great little newsletter and a TV channel to give updated information daily to the residents is a plus. Couldn't ask for a better place to call home. I am one of the lucky ones....an apartment came available when I needed it.
