This is my 4th month here and 2nd rent increase. Looking for a new place, would rather pay regular rental prices than to put up with the hidden charges. The apartments are very nice but a peace of mind would be better. Office/grounds keeper are very nice, dirty job but I guess someone has to do it.

The leasing agent was very nice on the telephone and on-site. The community was very nice and updated.

The community looked nice, but the amenities were lacking.

I'm not sure if there were any amenities with this property. If not, then it is not comparable to other places!

I cannot stress enough to anyone looking for a place to live to avoid this place! On the outside the community looks very nice as it recently went under a renovation. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. That's where it ends. Located in the middle of a blighted neighbourhood this community which was marketed as "gated" is very unsafe for anyone especially over 55. Local youths congregate in the parking lot looking to steal your purse. At least one vehicle has been stolen, more have been broken into. Management has removed handicapped parking to the midrise building. parking for your vehicle runs $10-30 a month. Water bills (which you pay) have doubled in the past few months across the community, management refuses to return calls regarding this. There hasn't been a manager here in 2 months and when there was management was very unprofessional and unresponsive to resident needs. You can hear everything above and t the sides of you. There are no scheduled activities at all. There is no pool either. The miscellaneous charges are incredible I.e. pet deposit, pet rent, security deposits of $1300...there are many other low income 55+ communities around that won't exploit their tenants the way this one does, I would strongly advise avoiding this one!
