As a new customer, I would lease at this community.

Apartments are affordable and near to all amenities. Nice location.

Avalon Reserve was a well cared for income restricted community. The leasing staff was polite and professional, and made me feel welcome. Landscaping and amenities were very pretty, especially the lake. The lease price was very favorable, especially when looking at the neighborhood and square footage.

Could not get a full evaluation due to no tour.

The community itself was decent as far as looks. However, the leasing agent had an uncaring, nonchalant attitude.

The entrance of the community and the grounds were well maintained but as a future resident, I would not live there. The staff had an unfriendly attitude.

I was very satisfied with all that I saw. The leasing agent was professional, and cordial. She seemed genuinely concerned about my needs. The property was well suited for what I would want, in order to live in a comfortable environment.

The property seems to be in good shape for being 10 years old. The buildings were nicely painted and free of trash. Hallways were a bit dark even though it was late morning. The apartment showed nicely. The washer/dryer placement as well as the so-called dining room were in a strange location in the living room.

I believe the property was a good value for the price.

Unfortunately, I did not receive a proper tour of the community nor did the agent discuss amenities or features of the apartment home.

I'm sorry but have nothing really to say about this community i did not get to see the amenities nor was I told about all this community has to offer. I really expected more from this place being that it was in a really good neighborhood surrounded by other 5 star apartment complexes but the agent did not show any kind of interest, she seemed tired,stressed and had no kind of enthusiasm. My opinion is that there is no excuse to attend a client sleet,rain or storm,there is always talking about the emmenities, what the community has to offer gathering information so that she can do a follow up, and explaining the floor plan,that would of been enough to make a future resident want to come back and see the apartment.

The agent was polite; however she did not attempt to learn my needs or preferences.

The community was nice, and in good condition.

i will not consider to lease this property anytime.

Overall, the community seemed to be a nice place to live. It was well located and very well maintained. The apartment itself was a standard apartment with all the necessities. It was a good value compared to competitor communities because rent was lower than others and included washer/dryer and cable. To be able to choose you own lighting fixtures, fans & faucets at no additional charge was an added benefit. For someone on a budget, this community offered everything needed for less. The leasing professional was friendly & hospitable. I would recommend this community.
