Utilitarian policies
If you like predatory towing policies, and an office that's only open one day a week, then by all means live here.
I understand that apartment complexes need to have rules for everyone to get along, but policies trump basic human interaction.
Residents can purchase additional spaces for extra vehicles, but if your reserved space is taken, good luck finding support for getting the offending vehicle moved. Now if you parallel park in front of your residence be prepared to pay out to get your car back.

The community was a pleasant place to live. The residents seemed comfortable in their environment. The entire community was well kept, and would be an awesome place to reside.

This location is still fairly new, only two years old and has a small community charm to it. All of the units are town homes and some have optional one car attached garages. There are optional detached garages and storage units that you can rent for additional space if needed. This is a great value for the money in a really nice area and school district if you have school age children.

Even without showing me the community or even seeing a real apartment, the leasing professional sold me on the community. I would have leased from her if I was truly looking for an apartment. She certainly took her time in explaining the details of the apartment as best she could using the picture book. She listened intently to my needs and concerns and tried to address them. The fact that I would have leased from her without really seeing anything says a lot to how she presented the apartment.
