The staff was very pleasant and informative. There were a lot of upgrades to come.

I was not provided with a tour of the apartment or of the community.

I was greatly impressed with this community, especially considering it was an income controlled community. In comparison to other income controlled communities, this one was newer, better maintained and inviting.

It was a good looking community with very, very ordinary amenities. The price was right, though.

This community is well suited for family living. There are lots of children and great care in the appearance and cleanliness. The leasing agent I worked with was professional and showed care and good knowledge of the apartments and community.

ive been trying for weeks to get in touch with the leasing office to set up an appointment to see the apartments ive left several voicemails ,emails , and call backs and still yet to call me back all i want to do is look at the apartments and become a tenant but it seems to be impossible

The community was very well maintained. The staff was friendly. The prices were a little high for a one bedroom.

This has been the worst experience I have ever has with a leasing office in my entire life. The apartment above mine had a water leak, which was running into my closet. It took the complex 3 weeks to fix the leak. It took them another month to get all of their equipment out of my house.

When I my air conditioning broke in the middle of August it took them a week and a half to get it fixed. The first time a technician came out he said there wasn't a problem, well my air conditioning blowing hot air instead of cold is a problem. When they came out again they realized a part was broken and told me it would be fixed the next day when the part arrived. Three days later it still wasn't fixed because maintenance forgot to order the part. Finally, after I called their district office, a new unit was installed.

I have received several "eviction" notices for failure to pay rent event though the check I gave them had been cashed. On both instances they applied my rent check to another tenants account.

The front office staff and maintenance staff are rude and do not care about the tenants or the complex. On one occasion I left 4 voice mails over a week and half and never received a return phone call. (You can only leave voice mails because they are not open Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday).

Never move here!

I've been living here for almost 5 years. In that time I've seen a steady decline in the quality of the management team.

The property was clean and had what most residents would look for. The leasing professional was skilled in the demonstrating the community. She did not, however, offer any refreshments, she did not address many of my needs. She knew her environment and was comfortable with her job.

The leasing agent was pleasant. I was not able to view an apartment. I was not shown a floorplan or any of the amenities of the community, though they were explained to me. The community was nicely maintained.

This was an above average looking community. There were decently sized homes and the place was very clean.

The office was very busy for one agent. I was not able to fully rate the community since I did not get a tour or see any amenities.

Although there was no availability, more could have been done to leave a positive impression on me as a consumer in regard to the leasing agent's enthusiasm and the community in general. The entire meeting was general in presentation, offering no information about community programs,surroundings or amenities.

The community offered an amazing opportunity for gracious living at bargain prices. The apartments were attractive and spacious and the amenities compare favorably with higher priced addresses. It was in a prime location between Winter Park and Oviedo close to shopping, college and major crossroads. Residents could live in a great place without emptying your wallet.
