I really like living here. I wish they would have a different type of gate though because ours is always broken. I do feel safe. My child enjoys playing outside and its never a issue as to danger.

Somewhat unlikely because even though it's met my needs over the years, I am looking for another place at this time...40% because of the rising rent and mostly because of not feeling free to do anything and I suppose it's good that I'm a homebody anyway-I live very quietly and respect/help my nieghbors.

I would recommend this apartment, good location, great office and maintenance dept, grounds are clean.
Stinks, Rent Increases, Noisy, Nice big Windows
Thin walls, thin floors and ceilings... can hear all neighbors - yelling and slamming doors. 3 rent increases in 2 years. Can't open windows unless smelling cigarette smoke from neighbors. Can smell nasty old cigarette smell from neighbors apt while inside my place. Warped cabinetry, burn stains, pipes leaking in wall. Been over paying for water. Best is nice size rooms, large windows w/view of sunset, and good storage spaces.

Yes I would and have recommend this apartment community to a lot of my friends because the very nice and quite and a comfortable place to call home after a long day at work with all the amenities of the community to work relax and unwind to and because of all the comfort the waiting list to get in is so long .

The overall community looked very clean and well kept. The buildings looked fairly new. The landscaping was well done. The gated entry offered a secure feeling.
