I found St. Andrews Pointe to be a nice community that was well maintained and in a great location. The rent was very affordable. The leasing professional was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to others.
Don't waste your time moving to this ghetto!
The property is dirty. Trash is always all over the place. The walls are paper thin, so the noise level is horrible! The staff, with the exception of maintenance, are very rude. They don't acknowledge when you walk through the door, and they make you wait for a long period of time. Only when you get frustrated and start walking out of the door is when they want to tempt to acknowledge you, which is very unprofessional. The rent is very high for what you get, which is a hot ghetto mess!

I was not impressed with this community at all especially considering the location to other upscale communities in the surrounding area. The price for rental was a little too high considering everything was standard with no upgrades and very bland. The leasing agent was not interested in showing me anything about the community.

The community look good at a distance and Coming into the community was neat, the trees and plants were well manicured. There was a Tower at the entrance of the community and a roundabout in front of the Leasing office with different flags.

This was a nice community offering all the amenities. The community was well maintained and conveniently located with a shopping center within walking distance.

Once I found the community, I found that I really liked the location of them and I loved they way that they looked and I did not know before that they had four bedroom apartments. I had a friend with me who lived in a house and who was responsible for all of her own maintenance once she saw these and that all of the maintenance would be taken care of for her and the other things that would be included in the rental rate, she absolutely fell in love with the apartments and if she could she would have moved in on the spot. I kind of felt that way myself and almost forgot that I was a shopper. I lived near the sister apartments but the community somehow had a more appealing air about them to me.

I believed the value for the dollar there was great. I liked that the cabinets in the kitchen were wood and not the older type. There was adequate space and a nice location as well.

I was very impressed with the leasing professional. She really seemed to anticipate my needs. I was very impressed with the monster club. That is something that I would love to have with my son, although I did not let on that I had children. I thought the leasing professional went above and beyond, and I would rent from this community based on the presentation.

As I was driving out of the community I noticed two young people carrying large bags full and heavy. I asked where they were going and they answered to dump the garbage. I looked ahead and saw the dumpster right in the front entrance of the community. It was a long way from any of the homes and did not seem to be the right place for it.
