Nice apt and very clean but one problem has is when you need maintenance they don't respond on time, or they fix the wrong problem. But for charging rent and late fees they #1 and late fees is $100.00 so be careful . And when you making a complaint in the leasing office the lady wont do anything about it , her answer is yes we have everything under control when is not. So I decide to move out cause the issue is not resolved yet.
