Horrible
The screaming stomping kids never stop. They slam the doors beat on the walls and stomp down the hallways and stairs while screaming their lungs out it never ends. The kids pull the fire alarms because they think it's funny. The parents let all the kids run wild there's more children in the complex then adults it's chaos! It's a monkey zoo!

This is a great property. I found the upkeep of the grounds very well maintained. The apartments were quite nice. The kitchen was a cut above with the granite counter tops and the island. I thought the four bedroom was an outstanding value. The property itself was far superior to the level of service from the on-site agents.

This apartment community was still under construction but what you could see of the buildings finished or nearly so was pleasing to the eye. It was close to Walmart and a pharmacy and a Starbucks!

Horrible experience living here!
We rented here because we needed a place to move into quickly. What a mistake! You have to pay for parking and if you park in another space you get towed. Management doesn't care about the residents, garbage bin always overflows, just a BAD experience! Can't wait to move!
We are sorry to hear that your experience at Rolling Green has been less than pleasant. We value your input and willl work to correct the trash issues. A notice will be sent out by the end of the week to remind residents that all trash must be property placed inside the compactor and is not to be left outside of the compactor area. We continue to address issues where a bag of trash is left in front of the compactor and the next person assumes that the compactor is not working and will do the same. Our maintenance team shares your frustration when this happens so we can fully understand your concern.
Rolling Green offers assigned and yes paid parking, however, even with the addition of parking fees our rates are still lower than similar communities in the area. We will strive to make the remainder of your stay with us a more pleasant experience. It is input like yours that allows us the opportunity to improve our service.
