The community was an income restricted community that provided a great value in a nice community that was close to shopping, entertainment, beaches and the university system. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, if someone was budget conscious and wanted the most bang for your buck I would strongly recommend the community.

There are some new improvement coming to University Club The pool is now open ne wlounge chair are ordered pool deck is in the process of being painted , The trees are being trimmed, walkways pressurewashed and buildings painted. Good space for people or couples. The location is amazing and close to everything major. But the comcast cable and internet is awful, the gates never work and parking can be difficult to find on some nights because no one regulates parking stickers. A lot of guest cars here.

Staff rude, staff come in when ever and eat your food nothing nothing gets fixed the right way and they stop offering anything like carpet cleaning or painting for resigning your lease

The first few years we lived here, we loved everything about the complex, and were quick to recommend friends and family to move here. It's a great location, good value, and we enjoy our apartment. However, with the apathetic office personnel and lack of maintenance, it's very difficult to recommend this complex in its current state.

This place is highly requested because of the growing and prime location. It should be fully staffed, professionally maintenanced and significantly updated and upkept. Units are in broken, dirty, and outdated. Lots of plumbing issues and rust, ghost flushing with toilets dirty and old carpeting and laminate. This is very unacceptable for this prime location.

I cannot honestly comment on the amenities, as I was not shown any. The landscaping and grounds I saw looked maintained. The agent that assisted me was more interested in getting me to apply for their waiting list than getting to know me.
