The community was well maintained and appealing. The agent was helpful and friendly. She handled my objection easily, and her approach was natural and comfortable throughout the tour. She did not ask me to commit during my visit, but she encouraged me to contact her with any questions.

The community was small and it seemed that the office hours were minimal. It took several calls to reach a live person. The place was clean and seemed to have a lot of families since they had very few one bedrooms.

This community was small, however I loved it because it was quiet. The location was near malls, interstate, restaurants, movie theater, schools, and small shops. I would not have to drive far to find these services and places.

The first thing I noticed was there were no patios attached to the apartments. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and with plenty of storage. It was unacceptable to me that the clubhouse was not available for use by residents for functions. The pool was too shallow for me but very nicely laid out and well maintained. I compared it to the Grand Reserve affordable housing in Zephyrhills.
