DREAM Kitchen for Cooks! Ease of Housework!

I am an avid cook and baker and to be honest, this bldg. was like 4 MONTHS from completion when the Kitchen ALONE sold us when I saw Concord Mgmt.'s ad for Harbour's Edge online!!! The High-Quality GE appliances and ease of movement around this gorgeous horseshoe kitchen, and, WOW! The COUNTERSPACE can't be beat! I KNEW I had to be there!! These kitchen and bath tile floors, (unlike so many others!!!) are a BREEZE for me to keep clean, which is HUGE to a disabled person! The staff are simply AWESOME, the activities and amenities; simply a Blessing!! We are happier than we've EVER been as renters!!!

My decision to move here was the best decision I made in a while. Love the newness of the building and all its features. ABSOLUTLY love the location and this City.

The community was in an ideal location and was convenient to many things that were within walking distance. The community offered many amenities and options for a reasonable rent. Everything was new and well maintained.

The community was located close to the downtown area. It was well maintained and seemed to be a nice community. There were no apartments to view at the time of my visit, but I did see the garage and the mail area. The staff was cordial, but did not appear interested in showing me additional amenities of the community. I was given a floor plan, but the floor plan was not reviewed with me. Based on the little information I was able to gather, I would not lease from the community. I never knew much about it.

This is a lovely community with an exceptional location. You can walk to a great downtown area filled with shops and events. The building is attractive and has all the amenities you need including parking, which is scarce in the neighborhood.
