The leasing office was closed at the time of my arrival so I was unable to talk to anyone. I got to the community at 11:35 AM but no one was in the office. I waited until 12:15 PM and the office was closed. I came back again on my way out of Tampa at 1:45 PM and the office still was not open. I waited for almost 20 minutes and walked back to the door. A resident informed me that on Fridays, they closed at 2:00 PM.

This community, amenities and apartments were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and made me comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

I was confused with the hours of operation on a Friday. Also, when I called the community through the for For Rent number it was answered right away, but when I called through the regular number it was not. It was very strange.

The apartments in the community were very nice and large, and were offered at a good price. I was pleased with the grounds maintenance. The pool and fitness rooms were up to standard. The leasing professionals were talented.

She was professional and courteous. If there was an apartment available for leasing, I would have leased the apartment based on the sales consultant presentation.
