I've lived at River Chase since November, 2011.The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If something is broken or needs replacing, service requests are easily done online, and service is completed within 24 hours.

The apartment itself is nice; I have a screened in patio of decent size, plus a walk-in closet and a good-sized bedroom. The kitchen/living room area is also a good size; the refrigerator has an ice-maker, and the sink has a garbage disposal. The layout of the apartment is also great and practical. The only reason why I didn't rate this apartment as a four or five is because the price is a little steep for the area.
