In discussing security I was told the Fire Department was across the street. I was told the Police Department was very near. I was told there had been no break-ins.

The community was absolutely beautiful! I think the office hours need to be changed to meet the needs of the customer. Being closed three days a week and opening at 1 PM the days they are open is a disservice to the residents that live there and the prospect looking for an apartment home. Other than that, I would definitely want to pack my bags and move-in as soon as possible.

Although this is a new and beautiful property, because it is 100% leased I would not recommend anyone to waste their time considering it. Maybe after late in 2013 when the leases come up I would recommend it though, because it is new, clean and energy efficient. The extra costs for parking was not acceptable. Even the high end properties don't charge a resident for parking, especially for disabled parking space.

The apartments are brand new with high end finishes like granite counter tops, ceramic tile and vertical blinds. The rooms were spacious with room for a king size bed in the master. The split plan offers a lot of privacy.
