I stayed in community for 2.5 years, the apartment management is awful and argue for every small thing. The apartment does have issues of roaches, at the time of breKing the lease I was running under 60 day notice period, I had to move out early I paid the full rent and it was told to me that I would not be charged the penalty and on that condition I handed over the keys- only to find that it was trick to make me move out else they cannot rent over to other tenant and mint money. I did paid the penalty later and never trust whatever they say.. It will only land you into trouble. Awful facility and leasing manager is very unprofessional argumentative and doesn't listens however makes sure to make others listen what she has to say. 2 cents advice - Stay away from renting this community!
