The community was well-maintained and clean. I would recommend the community to family and friends.

It was a very nice community located in the middle of everything the town had to offer.

The community is situated in a great location, yet it is tucked away from the bustle of the main street. The apartments are nicely updated, and well maintained. I definitely would not mind living here.

At this community, a resident would have everything they needed on-site. There was a fitness center, tennis courts, a pool and a car wash station. There was a gas grill area and a playground for children. The apartment gave the basics, without looking basic.

When I interacted with the leasing professional, she was very engaging and seemed eager to help me with my quest to find an apartment.

The location was clean. The apartment was large, and the upgrades were nice. There was a washer and dryer included in the apartment.

I was greatly impressed with this property and staff. The leasing professional was very informative, helpful, and pleasant. The property was peaceful and clean with manicured landscaping. The amenities were well maintained and used by many of the residents, indicating they enjoy where they live.

The amenities that I saw, struck me as ordinary. Not all of the amenities were shown or mentioned. The upkeep of the property and common grounds were noticeably clean and well maintained. The leasing professional came across as pleasant and engaging. There was nothing exceptional that stood out. The leasing professional was very good at explaining about the new upgrades to the property. The thought of calling this community home was comforting. The price being charged was reasonable for what the community had to offer. It was very likely that I would recommend this community to my friends and family, based on the location and apartment features.

The property is well maintained and the management is really good about answering calls immediately. However, the parking is a major issue. Usually people are taking multiple spots and nothing is enforced against it. Also, the beware of the children. They usually ride their bikes run down the middle of the street and pay no attention to you.

The apartment is nice, everything works, and the staff are friendly. No problems whatsoever.

The leasing agent was professional and attentive. Maintenance was friendly they said hello. The community was well kept and landscaping was great. The breezeways were free of any dust or trash. The apartment was very well put together and clean.

Overall nice place to live

I really like living here and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I actually feel really safe living here, which is new for me. I'm a single mom, so safety is everything. My son goes outside to play with other children in the apartment complex and he really feels like this is home and not just an apartment. I've even gotten to know a few neighbors. That has never happened at an apartment I've lived at before. The schools here are phenonimal and I've enjoyed my time here. I love my fire place and patio space the most. There is plenty of room here and the fixtures are wonderful. I've been here 2 years, and I only plan on leaving in a year because I'm going to buy a home.

We have stayed here from August 2014 to August 2015. It was a wonderful experience overall. Community and apartment was very good, maintenance was also very prompt if requested. Overall a very nice experience.
