Theses apartments could have been better for the price.

I wish management would keep the hallways clean. They are always dirty.

A nice quiet neighborhood. Loud noises are rare as are barking dogs. Very friendly Asst. Manager.

I love the location, however it's really old. The AC doesn't work very well, the carpet was dirty when we moved in, the door to the washer and dryer falls off the hinges, there are cockroaches all over the parking lot outside. The door that is supposed to have a key code to Pharr Rd. is broken, allowing anyone to just come in whenever they want.
