The apartment is not worth the money at all. The parking is Horrible. trying to park my car is a disaster.

parking gates are always broken. Valet at the restaurants always block traffic. Trash overflow on all parking floors. The smell of weed at all times in the building. Staff is unprofessional.

I have loved living here and have followed all "rules" unlike so many others who don't. Although I would prefer the smell of pot over cigarettes, one of my neighbors smokes some wicked smelling weed. Also, there are some residents who party a bit too loud --especially in the summer and ballgame nights. 1AM is just too late!!!! Besides that...... I love living here.

The parking situation that the building management has created is awful. Valet parking ruins entry into the building. Parking on UB now is taken away from residents. Limitations on visitors is ridiculous too. More like a prison than home

Community is dirty. Trash is everywhere. Trash in the parking garages. Trash not put in the trash chute. Trash in stairwells. Marijuana smoke in hallways. Marijuana smoke in my bathroom and closets.

We used to LOVE living here but everything has recently gotten out of hand. There are so many air bnb apartments so there are strangers wandering around all of the time. Parties in the clubhouse/pool every weekend. The pool is green on all sides. There’s trash piling in the hallways. The grills and outdoor kitchens are so disgusting and things are broken. It just feels like this building need a lot of love that it’s not currently receiving.
