That was a very nice community with easy access to the major highways. The community had affordable rental rates.

This is a beautiful community that has a lot to offer. They do a lot for their residents on a monthly basis. They have the coffee house, which is open seven days a week and they have two days for just the residents only. The community itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very professional.

The amenities this property offers are unparalleled. It had its own cafe and entry point to the Chattahoochee River. The grounds were just gorgeous. The leasing agent was great. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She gave an awesome tour. Based on this alone, I would love to live there. However, the apartment itself left a lot to be desired. It was dated and dark. Paying that rental rate for that apartment felt like a no-go. The rental rate felt like a reflection of the amenities, not the actual apartment.

This community is AMAZING! This community is connected to the Chattahoochee River but even if it wasn't all other included amenities make this property extraordinary as well. There are 3 pools, a hammock, a gazebo, plenty of barbecue grills, lots of benches, a dog park, 3 tennis courts, a pond, a coffee shop, and great staff.

The property surroundings were exceptionally beautiful. The apartments were older, but were very well maintained. The river ran along the property and was a view that no other property in the area has. The lush greenery, wildlife and coffee house sealed the deal.
