The community is a very old one and is in need of some repairs.

The community looked like a family atmosphere with many people from different countries. I would enjoy living in a community like that. However, I believe the rental rate was a little high for the area. The grounds were okay for the area with many children. The amenities were great for the community. I would recommend them to others.

It was wonderful watching the duck pond. The community was close to freeways, the bus stop and train station.

The leasing professional did her best to present the community well. She worked well with what she had to work with. The community should take more care in getting the model ready, and ensuring that the carpet and the furniture were clean and smelling fresh.
