I have lived at The Regency for two years. Im pleased with my apartment. I like that I can walk to restaurants and parks.

This place is not worth the high rental rates they charge. The amenities are pretty basic and you can get them at any other complex in the area for cheaper. The doors to the hallway stayed open so there was always easy access for rain, animals, bugs, and random people. They also charge all types of crazy random fees when you decide to leave.
