Absolutely horrible. The maintenance staff is very under qualified and take weeks to respond. The manager (feb 2015) is unprofessional. She argues and does not care about her residents or the property itself. There was constantly a bug issue. The apartments are not maintained to a substantial quality. Do not waste your money they will scam nickle and dime you.
