This was once a decent apartment complex. Then the owner decided he wasn't making enough money and fired the management company. When he hired a new one, he was only concerned with the bottom line.

The service went to nothing, the amenities got ignored. Customer care became non-existant. Maintenance was a nightmare, if you could even get it at all. Nickel and dime over everything.

On top if it all, the neighborhood has gone WAY downhill in the last 2 years.

Bottom line: DO NOT WASTE EVEN ONE SECOND LOOKING AT THIS PLACE!
