All of the staff that I encountered were very nice. When I visited the leasing office, it was on a Friday and about an hour before they closed. The leasing professional did not rush me through the tour and made me feel welcome and appreciated.

The community had nothing to really make it stand out from others. I did not get to see the amenities or an apartment, but I did receive a lot of information from the agent. Without having seen an apartment, it would be difficult to really know if I would recommend it or not.

I can not get proper repairs on the same issues that I seem to continuously have in my Apt.home. i.e-Air Conditioning freezing and not working properly.Many of my stairs up to my apartment need to be fixed and after many times of calling and going to the office staff...I still have these issue,My A/C problem I have had for the last 2-3 yrs. VERY FRUSTRATED!!

It's peaceful and quiet and any issues you have will be resolved in a timely manner as long as you present it to the right people in a timely manner.

The community was well maintained. The lake was very nice. The apartments were spacious and were good value. The clubhouse was clean and inviting.

I'd say yes.
But, be advised before signing rental agreement, this complex has issue with "Roaches" and you will need to register with property management to have weekly or bi-weekly extermination services performed regularly.

I like my place and the office Management are nice.

The apartments come with everything you need. The staff is friendly and pleasant. What ever complaints you have are taken care of immediately. I love living here.

The property is located near the Interstate and shopping areas. The leasing professional did not do much to showcase the community.
