Not a single good experience yet

I wish I could rate Watts as zero stars. I had problems with them since day 1. First, it took them four days to return my phone call, they cashed my rental application check but then told me they never received my rental application, I requested and was told I got the last 3rd floor condo then my lease comes and I'm on the second floor then nowhere in the lease or was I ever told the deposit has to be in one check - they told me they wouldn't accept my part of the deposit and I had to come and pick it up, they are only open 8am-5pm M-F, the exact hours I work. So far NOTHING has gone right with these people. I am regretting signing my lease.
