The amenities were excellent. I liked that they had an indoor pool and the fitness center was full of equipment. The clubhouse was very clean and bright, and I would enjoy utilizing all of the common areas. There was plenty parking, and they offered additional storage. I was a little uneasy once I left thinking that they did not take me serious as a potential resident. The closing was pretty dismissive, or the leasing professional was distracted by the occupants at her desk. Everything was gorgeous and the floor plan was amazing for the price.

This community was very attractive and in a great location. I really liked the looks of it and I think that it was a great value. I would like to live there.

The apartment with the loft met my needs and had a lot of features I have not seen before. It was a town home that felt very open and one that I would love to live in. The amenities were average.

The layout and location of the community is very good. The buildings and the grounds are in good repair. The amenities are equal to other properties of this nature. Worth the money.

When I arrived, the leasing professional outside did not address me at all as I walked into the clubhouse. I felt that was a little unfriendly. The leasing professional I worked with seemed to be able to just show the apartment and not the community. She did not get excited or show enthusiasm for the property. I did not feel it was a community but just a place to live.

The staff was very professional and the leasing professional was extremely friendly. She showed an exceptional knowledge of the community and presented it well.

My family of three and our pups are relocating to naperville area. We needed to find a friendly community for a great value, with lots of amenities to get us settled in the area. The office staff, townhomes, amenities, and prices couldn't be more perfect for a young family, enjoys luxury, but is looking to save money.

I thought the property was beautiful and well maintained, but the look of the clubhouse was daunting. I thought that this community made sure that they had the latest and greatest hence the upgrade.
