The hallways of the community felt a little cold and uninviting. There was no signage leading to the leasing office and there was little signage outside of the community. The apartment was nice and unique. The amenities showed really well and were a great feature.

My perception of this community would be that this is a very nice place to live. The apartment is very modern and open. I very much like the loft style. The amenities are very nice. The lounge area with a big screen TV looks like a very comfortable place to hang out. The gym looks like a nice place to work out in. The rooftop deck is very peaceful. The one thing I was not expecting was the theater. It was described as a place to hang out, watch movies, and enjoy sports. The hallways are very clean and have a very modern look to them. The lobby area is very fashionable and modern. There is a little historical information about the building In the front of the lobby. I would love to live in the community and would refer it to others.
