Everything about the units are great. Amenities are kept very clean. Only thing I would say that the building can improve is updating and adding more fitness equipment

Looting in the area, drive by's, unfriendly door staff, no one wears masks and the neighbors are very rude and selfish. Also over priced.

The apt is pricey compared to neighborhood. Not a lot of space but some of the highest rent in the area.

It's a good place to be. Good staff, amenities, and location.

The apartment building is beautiful and well maintained

I love this building, but I wish other residents were more respectful of others.

I would caveat the recommendation to “how much you work from home” as for me, construction works are a bit too annoying.

Overall satisfied and staff are positive etc. Maintenance requests have been quite slow at times to be resolved. There is a reoccurring problem with the booking system which shows a task is completed when it is not and slows everything down. I think my wait for dishwasher change could have been done more quickly than it was. The system for booking the gym is also problematic and does not seem to work properly so this is frustrating particularly due to the high price of the units.

When we reopen I hope that tenants and not guests are given priority to utilize the patio and pool.

The only reason I might not recommend is that rent is very expensive.

This community is just beautiful. It is a bit pricey in comparison to what else I have seen for that price, but it is definitely worth considering.
