Since new management came in, staff are the same...watching t.v. and just hanging around and promising a lot of stuff that isn't being seen. Added to that simply no maintenance available. Just a bunch of security people walking around. Area is now like 'Dawn of the Dead' tv episode. People just walking around with no response. Other than security, everything else is pretty much no response.
