We meant to rent here until we found another apartment closer to the IU campus, but we we've been so happy with everything that we never moved. They've been working to renovate the apartments inside and the grounds are always kept clean and if there's ever a maintenance issue, it's taken care of right away.  The majority of the residents are students (or that's from my point of view) and everyone is friendly and quiet which helps with study time. I highly recommend renting here if you are looking to move to Bloomington and are a student.
