These are decent apartments for the money, but hope that you do not have to deal with the staff once you are moved in. They seem great at first, but once you sign that lease, they feel no obligation to do you any favors. Don't expect a warm smile, unless you are apartment hunting.

Riverchase Apartments is an outstanding community. The office staff are helpful and personable, the maintenance crews are prompt and professional, and the Clubhouse has more amenities than many of the competing complexes in the area. We have been so fortunate to live at Riverchase, just 15 minutes from downtown Indy and 2 minutes from the highway. It is truly a wonderful place to live!

From Crawsfordsville, Riverchase looks GREAT. Once you get in there, I feel the landscape could be better. The BIG GIANT patches of mud, just makes the property look bad. It's Still cold outsde, so hopefully when Spring sets in, they will put some interest into their Lanscape.

The office really needs to put their foot down regarding this issue!!!! If the office doesn't care, then the residents wont care!

I live in a two bedroom apartment & it is a really nice size for how low rent is. It is 2 minutes away from the interstate & about 5 minutes away from Speedway which has a lot of stores for any of my needs.
