The community was nicely maintained and the office staff was friendly. The leasing agent did a nice job of explaining options and amenities as well as benefits of the management company.

The landscaping was a above average. It was manicured and fresh flowers had just been planted. I would recommend the community to family and friends.

The leasing professional was fantastic. She was very fun, engaging, and she had adequate knowledge of the community. The leasing office was very beautiful as well. I thought it was interesting that they had a pool for swimming laps, and a second pool for casual enjoyment. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious. However, I do feel it was a little over priced.

This community was very beautiful and located in a wonderful area. The heart of Overland Park and shopping right around the corner was a very positive amenity for this community. The dog park as well as the large pool area and Clubhouse was something that would be a wonderful thing to have living on sight of this community.

The community and apartment were not exceptional, based on comparable apartments and communities in the area. The apartment offered provided adequate, comfortable accommodations. The value was acceptable. the community was clean. I would rent there. However, this would not be my first choice based on value, amenities and appearance.
