The turnover seems to be very frequent in all the years we have been here and in the past couple years their has been just people that don't help take care of our community. LOTS of people moving into townhomes. Parking is just a joke and our neighbors just have like 6 cars they rotate around the community that have expired tags and no valid registration. It makes it hard to find a spot to park. Seems like anyone and their brother can move in and bring their WHOLE family.

The entire staff has been so easy to work with, friendly, efficient and respectful. I am very happy that we have Molly, Joe and Alex here. They alone make this a better place to live.

There is nothing wrong with the community. I just don't know very many people that would want to pay this much for what it has to offer.

For the amount of money I am paying I feel like the appliances and the townhouse should be more updated. As well as the screen doors not falling off.
