It is really bad experience with them. I help my friend moving in, park in his reserved position and just go upstairs to get the parking tag. They towed my car. They won't warn you or talk with you anyway, just tow your car away. Meanwhile, it is Christmas!!! The guys are very mean and rude. So if you want to have a good relationship with your landlord, never move to this apartment.
