I recently brought my Aunt to look at Emerald Place, she was extremely excited to be seeing it as she had fallen in love with the place by pictures and the whole concept. Well, I drove from Worcester MA to Saugus MA to get her (1.5 hour travel time) then to Lunenburg (another hour travel) for our appointment. We arrived right on time, so imagine our surprise when no one was there to give us a showing!! I called (2x's) only to get a voice mail and we left after waiting a half hour. I nor my Aunt never received a phone call to apologize or to try & reschedule they appointment, in fact, my Aunt called the next day at 11:30 am & we still hadn't received on as of that time. She was given a lame excuse of "an emergency arose" OK, that happens, but no phone call to say there was one? No phone call after receiving my 2 messages? We happened to go to lunch in Lunenburg & if we had received a call would have most likely gone back. I have been in sales & customer service for the past 22 years & this has to be the worst customer service I have ever seen. Needless to say she (my Aunt) would never consider even coming back to look, never mind live at a place that is so un-caring of prospective renters/buyers. If there was an F rating I would give it!
