I am a current resident. This is a terrible apartment.

Basin is so small, so it is always flooded when you just wash your face or hand.
Because of this flood, your bathroom closet and floor can be spoiled and it makes you charged with horrible repair fee.

Floor is so weak, you suffer from the terrible noise from upper unit.

The carpet is so low quality, you suffer from small dust from carpet.

Air conditioner is so noisy so I can't turn on it even in the middle of summer.

The most terrible thing is when you move out. The leasing company is mad for making money, so they will charge you in all various ways.

It is a nightmare to stay in this apartment
