Dominion at Eden Brook is dishonest. They cheated me, and they will cheat you too. I rented an apartment from them for a year. After I moved out, they kept my security deposit and sent me a bill for over $300 more. They claimed I damaged the place, but i didn't. I left the place in as good condition as I found it (which wasn't that great), except maybe some dirt on the carpets, which they also charged me for.

The quality of the apartments was pretty low as well. The little springs in the doors fall out at random, the kitchen light fixture was falling apart, the hallways smell like a hospital, and two of the burners on the stove hardly work.

Save yourself some frustration and rent somewhere else.
