I lived in Lazy Hallows for nine months. They charge you for everything under the sun. The repair guys would smoke cigarettes in the stairwells. When I would set up appointments for service for the morning they would come in the evening. The floors Creek and the door was bent so it would left a draft come through. The people in the office were always rude the only time that they were nice was when I was actually came in to talk about leasing. Employees complained about each other in front of customers. The only time that they wanted out clean up and fix up around the apartments was when the owner was coming by.  Carpet was not knew it had dog hair all over it. Overall horrible please don't waste your time.
