He has what we think are maggots in his refrigerator, an electrical shortage where you can't have the bathroom and bedroom lights on simultaneously And most recently bed bugs! I would suggest any potential leasers keep searching. We never really paid attention to all of the mattresses being discarded regularly but now it makes perfect sense. Bed bugs.
