I enjoyed the tour given by the leasing manager. She was very pleasant and very personable. The excitement she displayed about the community was contagious.

The community was impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful with lots of information about the surrounding area. The "green" initiative I liked along with close public transportation.

The Sterling 411 Loft Apartments were located in the downtown area of Ann Arbor. The community is ultra modern. The apartments are roomy and fully furnished. There are wonderful views of the city all around. The amenities are a laundry room, game room, and a fitness center. It is a great place for students.

I love the location, the amenities and the presentation, this apartment is outside of my budget, but I would share with those who could afford these accommodations.

I feel the apartments are overpriced, however, this is probably due to location. Therefore, I would shop around for a better price even if I had to be a bit further out.
