There are a LOT of people smoking weed in their apartments. I constantly smell weed coming through my door. I think it would be easy for a staff member to walk around and smell who’s room it’s coming out of.

When I first moved in I was shown a certain model of an apartment. When I actually moved in, and had already signed papers, I was show my apartment, which was not the same model that I was promised. I was originally shown a model with a large walk-in closet. The model which I was given not only does not have a walk-in closet, but it actually has almost no closet at all. It has a 4 foot wide, 6 inch deep indent in the wall, and that's it. This felt like a bait and switch. I've brought this to the attention of multiple people and no attempt to amend or correct this has been made. I believe that I should be given a room which has a walk-in closet, but, as mentioned, no effort to make this happen has been made.

The walls are very thin and I can hear all of my neighbor’s conversation, especially when I don’t want to. Other than that and parking, living here was great!

Love the staff and maintenance but the elevators are still too inconsistent and unnecessarily loud.

Economical, friendly staff, clean, and fun events for residences. Minutes from all stadiums and great restaurants.

Depending on their age, and what they are looking for in an apartment. I feel like I live in a dorm.

Can some times be loud with neighbors, but is a very nice and homey environment.

Hallway carpets are nasty.

The walls are a little thin so sound really travels.

I have had a great experience living here so far and would like to continue doing so. I would recommend this place to friends or family that are looking for a great affordable place downtown. The maintenance requests I have had have been taken care of extremely promptly.
