Don't judge a book by it's cover because this place seems nice on the outside but the opposite on the inside. It's all about profit and little to do with the residents. Every time you try to ask for a service request, it's a burden to them but they're always on time with the bills. They raise the rent by stating it's in accordance to the "market price" but in reality they like to gouge you. The manager of Betek even said "If you don't like it, then move". They have no genuine personality, sympathy, nothing.
