I enjoy living here. I just don't feel the price is worth what little we get in return. I can go next door and receive comparable square footage, twice as many amenities and for half the cost. The only thing offered here I still like is the private entrances.

Apartment living is tenuous in that it rarely meets individual tenant needs but Arbor Pointe tries to anticipate and accommodate tenant differences and requirements. Arbor Pointe does facilitate people with disabilities.

The community as a whole seemed like a great place to live. The leasing professional seemed very committed to pleasing residents and knowing them by name. There were a lot of good amenities also. For what was offered and the price range, I would refer others.

The community was clean and appeared nice. The staff was friendly for the most part; however, at times, I felt like he was just going through the motions and it was not personal at all. They did explain everything thoroughly as the paper stated.

It's clean and mostly quiet. The apartments are comfortable and nice. Management members are very nice and easy to deal with - when they say something is going to happen, it happens.

I've spoken with my friends and family members in regards to issues that I have had where I lived and for advice, and everyone has informed me that they have no intention and renting at Arbor point.furthermore, I have had multiple neighbors of the community approach me while entering or exiting the office with complaints about the office manager and/or the staff at times. I do not want to be associated with these neighbors, let alone I do not even know them, yet it's funny that everyone wants to complain to me about management and I have to see her daily

The apartment community had many appealing features. The clubhouse, fitness center, pool areas, and grilling/playground areas, and car wash were nice features for residents and a great added benefit to help residents feel they had what they needed at their home. The bedroom and living room areas of the apartment provided a good amount of square footage. The kitchen cabinets and counter top were outdated. The leasing professional did an outstanding job presenting the apartment, in a very natural way.
