I have lived here for 6 years and so far have 95% enjoyed our home.
Great location (highway, Coon Rapids dam), they apartments are huge! I love love love my walk in closet. IDK what I would do without it!
You are free to garden which is great because I love to plant.
The only issue I have ran into is that once in a while you have a neighbor that gets too loud and sometimes maintenance takes a bit longer to get to you if it's not an "emergency".
Otherwise, I like it here.
